Move your Judge.me reviews to Sternify

Export from Judge.me, import the original CSV, and verify your migrated reviews.

Written by Alex

Move your Judge.me CSV directly into Sternify. The dedicated importer reads Judge.me’s column names, so you don’t need to rebuild the file. Requires Pro.

1. Export from Judge.me

  1. In Judge.me, open Reviews → Export.

  2. Choose the published, hidden, or archived reviews you want to move, then download the export. Keep an untouched copy.

Menu changed or download missing? Follow Judge.me’s current export instructions.

2. Import into Sternify

  1. Open Reviews → Import Reviews → Judge.me.

  2. Upload the original CSV without renaming its columns.

  3. Check the sample and counts, then choose Confirm Import.

In the Judge.me dialog, choose Add file, select the original CSV, then choose Upload. Review the analysis before Confirm Import

In the Judge.me dialog, choose Add file, select the original CSV, then choose Upload. Review the analysis before Confirm Import; selecting a file alone does not finish the import.

3. Check the migration

Product
The review belongs to the matching product in this Shopify store.

Publication
Reviews intended for display are published. Imported records can remain pending.

Photos and replies
Supported source fields appear correctly when included in the CSV.

Moved to a different Shopify store? Product IDs can change even when names stay the same. Correct the mapping before retrying failed rows.

An imported verified badge is not a new purchase check. Ask support to review any badge that does not match the source evidence.

Done: review counts and sample records match your intended migration. Add Sternify’s widgets and check a product page before removing the old widgets. Retry failed rows only.
