Manage, reply to, and export your reviews

Use publication controls, replies, media moderation, and filtered CSV exports responsibly.

Use Reviews → Manage reviews to publish feedback, reply to a customer, or download a backup. Search and filters help you find the right record first.

Publish a review or reply

  1. Find the review. Clear filters if it is missing; check product reviews and store reviews separately.

  2. Use Publish or Unpublish to change visibility. Media has a separate publication control.

  3. Choose Reply to post a public response. Keep order details and personal information in private support.

Publish / Unpublish
Show or hide the written review while keeping the record.

Delete
Remove the record. Do not assume it can be restored.

Export a CSV backup

  1. Open the export action from Manage reviews.

  2. Choose the source, product/store type, verification, and publication filters you want.

  3. Check the export count and download the CSV.

Choose export filters, check the matching count, and then export the CSV.

Use automatic publishing

Open Auto-publish settings to choose publication criteria and notifications. Review the pending queue so legitimate feedback is not overlooked.

Auto-publish Settings separates automatic publication from email notifications. The selected rating in this example is not a moderation recommendation: regularly review Pending reviews and do not exclude legitimate feedback solely because its rating is low.

Preserve the feedback. Moderate spam, wrong-product reviews, personal information, and unsuitable media consistently. An unfavorable rating alone does not make a review invalid. Imported verified flags reflect their source and method, not a new purchase check.

Done: the storefront reflects your publication change, your reply appears with the review, or your CSV contains the selected records.
