Check your page or offer before going live

Check the page customers will see, its mobile layout, and the final cart and checkout totals.

Make these checks in the theme you plan to publish. Skip the offer checks if you only changed page content.

1. Open the page customers will see

Save your changes and open the actual product or page URL. A draft-theme preview shows that draft; it does not change your published store.

Still seeing the old product page? Check the product’s template assignment. If the template is absent from the dropdown, check where it was installed.

2. Replace example content

Check product names, images, prices, delivery information, and placeholder text. Remove sample testimonials and confirm that real reviews belong to the correct product. If you sell in several languages, check the storefront translations too.

3. Try the page on your phone

Read the headings, swipe images, choose a variant, and tap the main buttons. Check for cropped images, overlapping text, and content running off the screen. Fix a mobile layout problem.

4. Test your offer through checkout

  1. Empty the cart, select an offer and variants, and add it once.

  2. Check the products, quantities, and gifts. Change a quantity or remove an item and check again.

  3. Continue to checkout and confirm the discount and final total. You do not need to place a paid order.

Using another promotion or selling internationally? Check discount combinations and market and currency pricing.

Something does not match? Find the guide for that symptom before publishing the change.
