How to adjust a customer's credit balance

You can adjust a customer's credit or debit balance in Stripe to affect their upcoming invoice.


Adjust the balance

1. In Stora, navigate to the Customer profile and click View on Stripe to open their Stripe profile.

2. Scroll down to the Customer invoice balance section and click Adjust balance.

3. Enter the amount to adjust:

  • Enter a negative amount (e.g., -£10) to debit credit.

  • Enter a positive amount (e.g., £10) to add a debit.

4. Click Apply to credit balance to save the adjustment.

💡 Adjusting the balance will increase or decrease the customer's next invoice accordingly.
