The Pricing page shows every price for every site in one place. Use it to check or update unit type, custom product and insurance prices without opening each product separately. This article explains how the page is laid out, how to edit a price and what happens after you confirm.
How to view your prices
Open the Pricing page in Stora. Each site has its own section with three tabs:
Unit types
Custom products
Insurance
Select a tab to view its prices. Each row shows a product, with a separate price column for each billing period.
Your site’s Storefront billing period is highlighted in green.
How to update a price
Find the site and select the relevant tab.
Click the pencil icon beside the product you want to update.
Enter the new prices in the row.
Click Save changes.
The row updates straight away. A grey Syncing label appears while Stora sends the new prices to Stripe. This usually takes a few seconds.
💡 Your Storefront billing period must always have a price. If you clear it, Stora displays a message naming the billing period that needs a price. Enter a price for that period before saving again.
To change a price again, repeat these steps with the amount you want to use.
FAQ
Why can't I remove the price for my Storefront billing period?
The Storefront billing period always needs a price. If you try to clear it, Stora shows a message naming that billing period and doesn't save the change. Enter a price for that period, then click Save changes again.
Why is the pencil icon greyed out?
To edit a price here, you need the same permission you need on that product's own page. If the pencil is greyed out, ask your account owner to check your role.
The Syncing label has been showing for more than a minute. What should I do?
The price is saved in Stora but hasn't reached Stripe yet. Refresh the page first. If the Syncing label is still there, contact our support team and tell us the site and product name.
