You can use the Invoices export to see the deposits you've taken, the deposits you currently hold, and the deposits you've withheld.
💡 A standalone “Deposits” report is coming soon.
Export your deposit invoices
1. Go to Billing → Invoices.
2. Under Type, tick Deposit only. This lists all deposit invoices for the selected date range. You may also want to exclude Draft deposits under the Status filter.
3. Select the date range.
4. Select a site, or leave it as All Sites.
5. Select Export, then Start Export.
6. Open the CSV once the export is ready.

Common calculations
What you want to know | How to calculate it |
Total deposits taken | Sum of column AR |
Deposits currently held | Filter column AQ to not refunded, then sum column AR |
Deposits withheld | Filter column AQ to partially refunded, then sum column AR less Column Z |
⚠️ Deposits currently held: set the date range to cover the whole period since you started taking deposits. A shorter range will miss deposits taken earlier that you still hold.
⚠️ Refunds follow the invoice date, not the refund date. For example, if you partially refund a July deposit invoice in August, the refund appears in the July export, not August.
