Invoices in Stora give you a clear record of every charge and payment across your account. You will use them when you need to review billing history, chase overdue payments, or answer customer questions about what they have been charged. This article shows you how to see all invoices, invoices for a single customer, and invoices for a specific subscription.
How to view all your invoices
You can view a list of every invoice in one place.
In your Backoffice sidebar, click Invoices.
Browse the list to see all invoices.
Click an invoice number to open the invoice and view the details.
Use Invoice Quick Views to quickly filter your list and see specific groups of invoices:
Overdue invoices: View all past‑due payments.
Open invoices: View all invoices awaiting payment.
Paid invoices: View all invoices that have been settled in full.
How to view invoices for a customer
You can see all invoices linked to a specific customer from their contact page.
In the sidebar, click Contacts.
Use the search bar to find the customer and select their name.
On the customer page, scroll to the Invoices section to see all invoices associated with that customer.
Click an invoice number to open the invoice and view the details.

How to view invoices for a subscription
You can also view invoices for a specific subscription.
Go to Subscriptions and select the subscription you want to view.
On the subscription page, scroll to the Invoices section to see all invoices linked to that subscription.
Click an invoice number to open the invoice and view the details.
This view is useful when you want to check the full billing history for a particular unit or subscription, including renewals, upgrades, and downgrades.
