Learn how to use a Site Map to manage your Units day to day

Updated over a week ago

Once you have a Site map created a preview of it will appear on the Site Page where you will be able to expand it into the full-screen version. You can use this for the day-to-day management of your Site.

The View Mode is colour coded to reflect the status of each Unit and will live update as you make changes. We will explain the different status colours below.

Status Modals

When you click on a Unit in View Mode it will bring up a status modal which will give you information on the Unit. Status modals are explained below.

Status - Available

When a Unit is available you will be able to see how long it has been available. You can allocate it to a Subscription from the modal.

Status - Unavailable

When a Unit is unavailable you will be able to make the Unit available from View Mode.

Status - Occupied

When a Unit is occupied you will be able to see who the occupant is and when they will move in. You will be able to link to their customer page and also to their Subscription. You can also deallocate it from this modal.

Status - Overlocked

When a Unit is overlocked you will be able to see who the occupant is and when they were due to move out. You will be able to link to their customer page and also to their Subscription. You can also remove the overlock status from this modal.

Status - Repossessed

When a Unit is repossessed you will be able to see who the occupant is and when they were due to move out. You will be able to link to their customer page and also to their Subscription. You can also deallocate the Subscription from this modal.

Conclusion

Site Maps are a great new way to get a bird’s-eye view of your facility. They’ll help you manage your Units with instant visual feedback and take action—all from one convenient page.
