There are lots of settings in your Street account for you to go through prior to going live. This can be quite a big task so we recommend putting aside a morning or afternoon (or a full day depending on the size of your agency!) to run through them.

Access to these settings is determined by the 'Roles' applied in User Management. A Company Admin will have access to all settings whereas a Branch Admin will only have access to branch settings and 'My Settings'. If none of these roles are ticked they will only have access to 'My Settings'.

Branch Settings

(Please note if you are a Multi Branch Agent then branch settings will need to be replicated across all branches)

  • General Settings - Here you can update the branch details, add a disclaimer, select the branch calendar start time and set the branch communication preferences.

  • Appointments - Set default appointment durations, branch availability and look at the online booking controls.

  • Areas - Set the areas associated with your Branch. Areas can be set up under company settings.

  • Board Supplier - Here you can add the contact details. Learn More Here.

  • Collateral Templates - Using Streets Template designs you can create your own brochure and window cards.

  • Invoice Settings - This section is for you to define invoice settings within your branch. Learn more Here.

  • Notification Preferences - Fine tune which notifications will be sent to your vendors and applicants on a branch by branch basis. Learn More Here

  • Patch - Your patch is the area in which you would be prepared to conduct a market appraisal. learn More Here

  • Solicitors - Enabling easy access to your most used solicitors information at the click of a button when agreeing a sale. Learn More Here.

  • Valuation Template - Make your valuations stand out with bespoke content. Learn More Here.

Company Settings

(These are the overarching settings for your Agency)

  • General Settings - In this section there are a few toggles to work through to make sure the account is set up correctly for your business.

  • Areas - This section is for you to define areas within your branch patch, this will enable detailed search areas for your clients and help your team to better serve customers. Learn More Here

  • Document Letterhead - Create a document letterhead to alter the look and feel of your documents. Learn More Here

  • Document Templates - Add documents to Street with our document creator. Learn More Here.

  • Fee Labels - Add custom labels to your fee packages. These will appear in the fees section when creating your valuation. Learn more Here.

  • Invoice Sequences - Setup custom Invoicing Sequences. You can select the relevant Invoicing Sequence in the Branch settings. Learn more Here.

  • Notification Preferences - Fine tune which notifications will be sent to your vendors and applicants (If you turn off one of the toggles in company settings, this will be greyed out at branch level). Learn More Here

  • Targets - KPI’s, Goals, Targets, whatever you name them - this gives you the opportunity to set clear targets for the team and the company across a variety of different activities.

My Settings

(These appear at the top of your settings page and apply to you)

  • Change Password - You can reset your password here.

  • Correspondence Templates - Add in your email and SMS templates here. Most will already be covered in notification preferences but if you have any others templates you often use, add them here. Learn More Here.

  • Integrations - Connect your external calendar here.
