Viewings in Street
Viewings Table
Clicking on the Viewings tab on the left side panel will load a table showing a list of all of your viewings, with various subcategories based on their status.
Here, you will have the ability to implement multiple filters such as branch, property assignee and visiting agent to access the data you need as well as viewing by sales, lettings or all viewings by changing the drop down filter next to the header. And for a quick search, you can also search the address in the search bar.
You can also export the viewings table using the 'export to CSV' button at the top right.
Note - To access the export button you will need a role with the permission 'Allow this user to export data from Street' enabled.

Viewings Sub Headings and Workflow
The workflow of a viewing within Street makes booking and managing viewings much easier from your CRM. All upcoming, current and historic viewings are stored within this tab, so you can track them easily.
Upcoming = Viewings set to take place in the future
Unconfirmed = Booked viewings that are waiting on confirmation (either by applicant, agent, vendor and/or tenant)
Awaiting feedback = Completed viewings that are waiting on applicant feedback to be submitted
Feedback pending = Completed viewings where applicant feedback has been received but not yet sent to the owner
Feedback completed = Completed viewings where applicant feedback has been sent to the owner
Cancelled = Viewings that have been cancelled
Booking a viewing
The first step in the workflow is to book in a viewing. For more information on how to do this, see this help article.
Depending on your viewing settings, viewings are likely to be unconfirmed when first booked in, while you wait for confirmation and will therefore be visible within your Unconfirmed tab so you can easily track which viewings are still needing to be confirmed. However, once confirmed it will move to the Upcoming tab where you can see all upcoming appointments.
For more information on confirming a viewing, see this help article.
Using the agent app during the viewing appointment
The Street Agent app can be used during the viewing to access useful information about the property such as access details, viewing guidance, PIQ responses from the owner, FAQ's, notes and more. You can see if the applicant has had any previous viewings.
Additionally, when completing the viewing, you'll have the option of sending some initial feedback to the owner. For more information on using the app, see our during the viewing help article.
Note - The initial feedback submitted via the app is your feedback to the owner, not the applicant's feedback.
Viewing feedback
Once the viewing has been completed, you will see the viewing sitting under Awaiting Feedback. At this stage, you either need to enter the viewing feedback in Street or wait for the applicant to submit their feedback themselves.
Once feedback has been entered / received, the viewing will show in Pending Feedback. At this stage, you need to choose whether to make any edits and whether to submit this feedback to the owner or just save it for internal reference.
Once feedback has been saved in, the viewing will show in Feedback Completed and the main workflow is complete.
See this help article for more information on viewing feedback. See this help article for submitting additional feedback on a completed viewing,
Finally, you could then choose to book a second viewing for that applicant if needed.
