This update is all about giving your teams more control, more accuracy, and less manual cleanup. With improved proposal workflows, smarter automation logic, and cleaner database management, your operations can run sharper, faster, and with fewer touchpoints. Get ready for a more streamlined way to manage setups across your org.

Admin: More Control, Less Manual Work, Smoother Setup

Admins get a big boost this cycle with upgrades that tighten system control and reduce repetitive tasks. From drag-and-drop proposal sub-stages to smarter document mapping, streamlined offer management, and refined database permissions, these enhancements make your processes more consistent, automated, and effortless to manage across teams.

Reorder proposal sub-stages with simple drag-and-drop in the database. The order you set is exactly how sub-stages will appear for reps inside proposals, making workflows more structured and consistent across your org.

You can now manage HVAC offers directly from the HVAC Adders section in your database. Select the EPC offer recipient, add amounts, and send offers for HVAC projects, plus retract them anytime from the Project tab.

Personalize automations based on customer language. A new “Customer Language” condition is now available under the If/Else block, so your automations can trigger tailored communication by language preference.

A new “Perfect Packet” trigger is now available inside automations, giving admins more control over when tasks, emails, or actions fire based on perfect packet completion.

Document mapping just got smarter! Click “Smart Map with AI” to auto-map fields to recipients, AI detects required fields, assigns them per signer, and configures dimensions. For lengthy documents, a “Map Fields” status will appear once AI processing is complete.

Admins can now control which task fields appear during task creation. Three fields remain fixed, but all others can be toggled ON/OFF or set as required/not required, keeping task creation clean and relevant to your workflow.

Optimizers are now an official equipment type in the Solar database. Add SKUs manually or auto-generate with your Account Manager. Sales reps can select an optimizer and quantity directly from the Solar Details section in proposals.

Under Add Form Data in the database, you can now select recipients beyond email input fields. Choose org users, customers, or roles who should receive disclosure form emails.

View Permissions for Enphase Monitoring & Concert Users

Enphase Monitoring and Concert users are now assigned View All permissions, ensuring only the correct user profiles can access these sections for added data protection.

Sales Velocity: Faster Follow-Ups, Cleaner Pipelines

Speed matters when it comes to closing deals, and this release sharpens how your sales team tracks progress and avoids friction. With clearer sub-stage visibility and refined call triggers, your reps get the context they need to act faster, without overwhelming customers with unnecessary outreach.

You can now filter customers by proposal sub-stages directly under each parent stage. Simply click the main stage filter to view and drill down into sub-stage options, making it easier to prioritize the right follow-ups.

Change Order Welcome Calls will now only trigger when specific customer-facing variances occur. This prevents unnecessary calls for internal-only changes and ensures customer communication happens only when it truly impacts their contract or project.

Project Management: Greater Visibility, Smoother Coordination

Managing projects becomes more seamless with clearer service tracking and improved job type visibility. These updates ensure your teams stay aligned, reduce back-and-forth, and never lose sight of key project details.

Service maintenance appointments will now appear directly within the project’s Service Maintenance tab, making scheduled activities easy to find, track, and manage without jumping between modules.

When using custom job types for projects, all related project details will now be displayed in the dedicated project section, giving teams the visibility they need to work efficiently and maintain consistency.
