Why This Matters
Users can now control whether adder pricing (additional charges for optional equipment or features) is shown in a Public Proposal. Follow the steps below to hide this pricing information when needed.

Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1
Begin by navigating to the top-right corner of the platform and clicking on the“Settings” icon.
Step 2
Select “Public Proposal” to access settings specific to how your proposal is presented publicly.
Step 3
Click on the “Edit” icon found on the right side of the tabs—this is typically represented by a pencil icon.
Step 4
Inside the editing view, scroll through the available configuration options until you find theShow Adder Pricingtoggle. Toggle it to the “OFF” position to hide the adder from appearing in the public version of the proposal.
Step 5
To confirm the change, return to the top and click on “Update”.You can now view the public proposal and see that there are no adder pricing details shown in the Proposal Details page.
