What You'll Need

  • Admin access to SubcontractorHub

  • A web browser (Chrome or Edge recommended)

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1

Click on “Proposals” within the “Actions” section of the "Customers" tab.

Step 2

Click “View Detail” on the proposal card.

Step 3

The solar details section contains three subsections-Performance, System DetailsandPricing.​ThePerformancesubsection includesannual production, sunhours, annual usage, self-powered percentageandsystem lossesdetails.​TheSystem Detailssubsection includessystem size, panel manufacturer, inverter manufacturer, panel name, inverter name, total panels, number of inverters, mounting typeandroof typedetails.​ThePricingsubsection includes thePPW (price per watt)andescalationdetails.​

Step 4

ThePPW, inverter name, optimizer name, escalation rate,andmounting type (roof mount, ground mount,ornew home construction roof mount)can be edited by clicking on the"Edit" icon in their respective subsections.

Step 5

Update the inverter selection by selecting the required inverter from the drop-down box. Then click on the “Save” button.

Step 6

To add an optimizer, select the required optimizer from the drop-down box. Then click “Save”.
