What You'll Need

Access to SubcontractorHub Platform.
Door Knock Settings enabled by a Superadmin.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1

Click your organization’s profile and select “Settings”.

Step 2

Scroll to find “Door Knock Settings”. Click the “Edit” icon.

Step 3

Configure the following settings based on your organization’s requirements:

Default Slot Size: Set the duration of each appointment slot.

Buffer Minutes: Set the buffer time between appointments.

Earliest Time: Set the earliest time at which an appointment can be scheduled.

Latest Time: Set the latest time at which an appointment can be scheduled.

Then click ‘Update’.

Step 3 - How to Enable Door Knock Settings?

Your Door Knock Settings are now updated and will be applied to appointment scheduling.
