Admin access to battery database settings
Battery catalog already created
State availability rules defined by ops/compliance
Step-by-Step Instructions
Open Manage Database → Database.
Click Batteries in the left menu.
Open the battery record you want to configure using the eye icon.
Click Edit.
In the State dropdown, choose the states where this battery is allowed.
Click Update.
Test a proposal in that state to confirm filtering works.
