Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1
From the menu, click “Settings”.
Step 2
Go to “Public Proposal” and click the “Edit” icon.
Step 3
Scroll down to “Hide Preferred Finances”.
Step 4
Click the dropdown showing all the finance options and unselect the ones you don’t want to show up on thePreferred Financedropdown in the proposal details page.
Step 5
Scroll back up and click “Update” to save the changes.
Step 6
Go to the proposal details page and click the “Edit” icon with thePreferred Financeoption to view the available finance options.
Step 7
The finance options you unselected using the “Hide Preferred Finances” option will no longer appear in the list. Note: If a proposal has already been finalized using a finance option that is now disabled, that finance option will appear under “Preferred Finance”, regardless of the current setting.
