Why Does It Matter?
The "Sunrgy" integration connects your SubcontractorHub account with Sunrgy, allowing your organization to access supplier-specific features and workflows once the integration is approved and configured. The request process ensures your account is properly connected before the integration becomes active.
What You'll Need
Access to the SubcontractorHub platform.
Permission to manage integrations.
An account manager to configure the integration after your request is submitted.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1
Go to "Integrations."
Step 2
Scroll down to the "Sunrgy" integration and click "Request Access."
Step 3
Fill in all required fields, including the reason for wanting to work with Sunrgy, requester details, and decision-maker details. Once all mandatory fields are completed, click “Submit”.
Step 4
Once your request is submitted, the button will change to "Request Sent."
Step 5
After your account manager completes the configuration, the integration status will automatically change to "Connected."
Pro Tip
Submit your access request before you need to create Sunrgy BOM templates or supplier-based workflows. This helps avoid delays while waiting for the integration to be configured.
Real-World Example
A solar contractor wants to use Sunrgy as their preferred supplier for upcoming projects. They submit a "Request Access" request from "Integrations," and once their account manager completes the setup, the status changes to "Connected," allowing them to start using Sunrgy-specific features immediately.
Troubleshooting
Issue | Solution |
The "Sunrgy" integration is not visible. | Confirm that your organization has access to the integration and refresh the "Integrations" page. |
The button still shows "Request Sent." | Your request is pending configuration by an account manager. Wait until the setup is completed. |
The status does not change to "Connected." | Refresh the page after the configuration is complete. If it still does not update, contact your account manager. |
The "Request Access" button cannot be clicked. | Verify that you have permission to manage integrations for your organization. |
