How can I understand and track the delivery timing of my order?

Understanding delivery timelines helps you set the right expectations for your customers and plan your operations.

General delivery timelines

  • Same-day delivery - Orders placed before 10 a.m. are picked up by noon and delivered by 10 p.m. the same day.

  • Next-day delivery - Orders placed before 10 a.m. are picked up by 6 p.m. and delivered by 10 p.m. the next day.

  • Bullet delivery (Dubai only) - Delivered within 4 hours of pickup.

  • Remote areas - 2 to 4 business days (Al Ain, Fujairah, RAK).

Factors that affect delivery timing

  • Traffic conditions and optimized driver routes.

  • The number of orders being delivered in the area.

  • Remote areas do not have specific time windows. Delivery proceeds as soon as the driver reaches the area.

Special cases

  • Address updates after cutoff - If an address is corrected after the daily cutoff, delivery moves to the next business day.

  • Non-delivery days - Some areas may have specific non-delivery days (e.g., Sundays). Account for these when estimating delivery time.

  • Oversized packages - May be scheduled for next-day delivery to ensure proper handling.

How to track delivery timing

  1. Open Control Room and go to the Orders page.

  2. Click on the order to view its timeline and current stage.

  3. Your customers receive live tracking updates via WhatsApp, including the driver's ETA.

Good to know

  • Delivery timelines are estimates. Weather, traffic, or address issues may cause delays.

  • If a delivery is delayed beyond the expected window, it will be flagged in Control Room.
