Polls are a great way to spark engagement and get feedback from your audience. You can add a poll to a post directly from the Taplio composer.
Follow these steps:
1. Open the composer
In Taplio, click Write a Post in the sidebar to open the composer.
2. Click the poll icon
Under the text editor, click the bar chart icon 📊 labeled Add poll. This opens the Create a poll window.
3. Fill out your poll details
In the Create a poll window:
Survey duration: choose how long your poll runs (1 day, 3 days, 1 week or 2 weeks).
Your question: add your poll question (max 140 characters).
Options: add at least 2 options (up to 30 characters each).
Optional: click Add Option to include more choices (usually up to 4 in total).
4. Add the poll
Once everything is filled out, the Create Poll button becomes active. Click it to insert the poll into your draft.
5. Schedule or post
Click Schedule Post at the bottom of the composer, or open the dropdown next to it to choose Post now, Schedule or Post next, as with any regular post.
