🛠️ How to use Taplio’s Carousel Generator (Step-by-Step)
Open the Carousel Generator: in the sidebar, click Write & Schedule, then Carousel generator.
Choose how you would like to start, as you have multiple ways of creating a Carousel:
Start from a blank carousel and add the content yourself
Let the AI write it: describe your topic in the field and click Generate Carousel
Paste a website URL or a YouTube video URL and click Generate Carousel. The slides are filled automatically with key points from that content
Structure your Carousel (Slide-by-slide):
Slide 1 - Hook: A bold statement or question to grab attention
Example: "Why most LinkedIn Carousels fail (and how to fix yours)"Slide 2-X - Body: Key points or tips, one per slide
Use bullet points, short phrases and emojis to keep it visualFinal slide - CTA (Call to Action): Prompt people to like, comment or follow.
Example: "Follow me for more LinkedIn growth hacks!"
Design your Carousel
Add images by clicking the image box in the Content tab
Format the text from the Settings tab
Pick colors from the ready-made Color Palette, or choose Use custom colors and enter the exact hex codes you want
Use the Preview tab to scroll through your slides
To reorder slides, click and hold a slide, then drag it to its new position
To start over, click the Reset tab and begin a new carousel from scratch
When your carousel is ready, you have 3 options at the bottom of the page:
Save for later
Saves your carousel in the My Carousels tab: https://app.taplio.com/carousel-generator?tab=my-carousels
Create Post
Give your carousel a name when prompted
After saving, the carousel is added to your post in the composer
Download
Downloads your carousel as a PDF to your device
💡 Already have a finished carousel? The Carousel Generator can't import a ready-made PDF or design. If you already have your carousel as a PDF, upload it directly to your post from the composer instead.
