With Taplio, you can manage your personal LinkedIn profile and the LinkedIn company pages you admin from one account. Here is how it works, which features are available, and what you need in terms of subscription.
Managing your personal profile and company pages
Connect your personal LinkedIn profile. Taplio needs a personal LinkedIn profile as its main connection, and company pages are managed through it. Each Taplio account supports one personal profile. To manage another personal profile, create a separate Taplio account with its own license.
Add your company pages. If your personal profile is an admin of a company page, you can post to it from Taplio:
On LinkedIn, check that your personal profile is an admin of the company page.
In Taplio, click Write a Post, open the account selector and use Search company page to find the page.
Switch between accounts. Before you schedule a post, choose in the account selector whether it is published from your personal profile or from a company page.
Features for personal profiles vs company pages
Personal profile: Taplio's advanced features, such as Analytics, Engagement feeds and Prospect Hub contacts, are only available for your personal profile.
Company pages: you can publish and schedule posts. Analytics and engagement features are not available for company pages, and posting videos from a company page is not supported.
Subscription and licenses
One license covers your profile and your company pages. Company pages don't need a separate subscription, because they are managed through your personal profile.
One license per personal profile. To manage more than one personal profile, create a separate Taplio account (with a different email) and buy an additional license.
Troubleshooting
Company page not showing: check on LinkedIn that your personal profile is an admin of the page. Then use Search company page in the account selector to find it again.
Company page posts failing: posts to company pages are published through Taplio Connect. Keep it installed and stay logged in to LinkedIn in that browser.
