How it works
Once a driver is added to your system and logs into the app, the Driver App becomes their daily companion on the road.
The day typically begins with the driver going online, letting your system know they’re ready to accept jobs
As soon as a booking is assigned from the Dispatch Panel, the driver receives an instant notification on their phone
Opening the job, the driver can clearly see everything they need:
Pickup and drop-off locations
Passenger details
Job timing and instructions
From there, the driver moves through the journey step by step:
Starts driving to the pickup location
Marks arrival when they reach
Begins the trip once the passenger is on board
Completes the job after drop-off
Throughout this process, every update made by the driver is instantly reflected in your system, allowing you to track progress in real time
If needed, the driver can quickly communicate or coordinate through the app—ensuring nothing is missed
By the time the job is completed, everything—from assignment to completion—has been handled smoothly through a single app

Before using the Driver App, make sure that:
You are on a Pro or Full plan
Drivers are added in the Members section of your portal. The driver’s phone number is correct and unique (used as the primary identifier)
Drivers install and register on the YourDriverApp
Required permissions (location and notifications) are enabled
