The weekly digest and same-day alerts are two emails that keep you on top of your school without logging in. Both are part of the Teach 'n Go Pro plan, and both are addressed to you, never to your students or parents.

Your school may use different names for students, teachers and classes. If you don't see the menu items below, ask your admin to check your permissions.

Every Monday morning you get a short email summarising your school's week: new students, enrolments, money collected, overdue balances, and lessons taught. The numbers come straight from your records, and the email links back to the relevant pages.

You can switch the digest to fortnightly or monthly instead of weekly, or turn it off entirely, at any time. A week with nothing worth reporting is skipped rather than sent empty.

Same-day alerts tell you about unusual patterns on the day they appear, rather than waiting for the following Monday. There are three checks:

If more than one check fires on the same day, you get a single email listing everything, with links to the relevant dashboard and payments pages.

Silence is normal. Alerts use fixed rules compared against your school's own baseline, and they only fire on a real anomaly. Each check also has a cooldown, so you are never nagged about the same problem day after day. No AI is involved: the checks are plain calculations on your own records, and nothing about your school is sent anywhere.

You can switch same-day alerts off at any time, independently of the digest.
