Choose what information is displayed on the RAG view. In this article find out how to customise the RAG alert settings.

Why customise RAG alert settings?

You might not want to see certain RAG alert types, so you can simply toggle off specific alerts in the settings, as well as changing thresholds for alerts i.e. only be notified when an RRV speeds at 10mph.

By default, the RAG will show the following information about each live device assigned to your project on the Dashboard:

  • Asset exited or close to the edge of the safe zone

  • Asset's closest ELR, miles and chains*

  • Distance to safe zone edge

  • Device/asset nickname

  • Assets speed

  • Device battery (below 10%)

How to customise RAG alerts settings

Please note: Only a user with the Super Admin default role, or a custom role including "Edit organisation settings" can customise RAG alerts.

  1. Log-in to the Tended Dashboard

  2. Click "Settings", then "RAG alerts"

  3. From this menu you can toggle each alert off/on and change RAG alert thresholds for distance to safe zone edge alerts, speed and battery
