We've made an exciting and important change to how our devices in Asset mode work.

💡 Following your feedback, devices that are assigned in Asset mode will now receive alerts when they exit a safe zone
For example, when a COSS places a marker board the device will now alert when they reach the end of a safe zone, highlighting the location the marker board should be placed. Alternatively, an OTP/OTM operator can now receive an alert if they've travelled outside a worksite limit.
Previously with a device in asset mode, you could only follow the live location in the Dashboard, but not receive confirmation it's an asset is in the designated area from your safe work pack.
What's the difference between "Asset" and "Wearable" mode?
There are two modes a Wearable device can be used in:
