Getting Started with Positive Response
To submit Positive Responses, you must have an active Texas811 Portal account.

Configuring Positive Response
If you already have a portal account, fill out the Positive Response Configuration Form.
Information Required for the Form:
Contact Information: First and last name, phone number, and email
Company Name
Member Code(s): A 3-4 character identifier for your utility assets
Multiple Utility Types: Indicate if multiple utilities need to be configured
Portal Username: The email address you use to log in
