This feature is available for the following products:
There are well over 100 pages on the Manager Site where you can access features and functions. While having such robust functionality is great, it can sometimes be difficult to find the page you are looking for. Because of this, the Navigator is always available to help you find your way.
The Navigator is a widget that allows you to search and find pages needed to accomplish specific tasks. You can also bookmark popular pages to be easily accessed, and order them to establish a typical event workflow.
It's important to understand that the primary purpose of the Navigator is to show you WHERE to accomplish a task and not HOW to accomplish a task (where the Knowledge Base is used).

In this article, we will discuss how to effectively use the Navigator to find what you are looking for.
Accessing the Navigator:
The Navigator can be found on the top right of any page (as shown below) in the Manager Site.
If you are in the Customer Center, the search results will only include pages in the Customer Center. If you are in the Manager Site for a specific event or league, the search results will only include pages within the event or league Manager Site.
Searching for Pages:
When opening the Navigator, you can immediately search for pages. As you enter a search term, results will populate. The more popular and relevant pages will be listed first. The density of the color bar (shown below) shows the relevancy for every page. The denser the color, the higher the resulting match.
Some suggestions when searching:
Use unique search terms to drill down to specific pages.
Use alternate (synonyms) terms if you initially have trouble finding a page.
Check for misspellings. The search engine uses the "fuzzy search" concept to account for some misspellings, but not all.
When viewing the search results, you can also access the Knowledge Base article relevant to any of the pages (as shown below).
After finding the desired landing page,, click "Go". The Navigator will then directed to the page. In the sequence below, a search is being made for the page to add players manually to an event.
In some cases, pages in the search results may not be available. Instead of a "Go" button, there will be an "i" icon. Hover over the icon to see the reason why the page cannot be accessed at the time (as shown below).
It's also important to understand that the Navigator will bring you as close as possible to the page that is needed to accomplish your task. For instance, if you need to change the handicap settings when multiple tees are used (Rule 3-5), the Navigator will bring you to the Event Profile. From there, you will need to select the "Handicap Settings" tab and make the changes.
If you cannot find the page you are looking for with the Navigator, refer to our Knowledge Base for further help.
Managing Bookmarks:
As you manage events and leagues, you may notice that there are many pages that you often use. Rather than having to search the Navigator repeatedly for frequently used pages, you can bookmark them for easy access. These bookmarks will also be available to other managers in your account.
You can bookmark a page by clicking the star icon left of the page name (as shown below).
To access the list of bookmarked pages, click the icon to the right of the search bar (as shown below).
To establish a workflow for your event or league, you can re-order the bookmarks by clicking and dragging the elevator bars (as shown below).
If you use the same pages for all of your events and leagues, you can save your bookmarks as defaults for all of your future events and leagues. When creating a new event or league, these bookmarks will automatically be listed in the Navigator for easy access. To set a list of bookmarks as your default to all events and leagues, click "Save bookmarks as defaults" (as shown below).
If you ever need to remove a bookmarked page from your list, simply click the "star icon" (to the left of the page name) to unselect the page.
