For every event or league, there is a Manager Site. The Manager Site is the "back-end" admin site for you (and other managers) to manage that specific event or league. To get to the Manager Site for an event or league, go to your Customer Center and click on the event or league.

There are five menus in the Manager Site (as shown below).

You can also use the Navigator (on the right) to find pages you are looking for in the Manager Site as well as go back to your Customer Center.
In this article, we will highlight what is included in all five menus in the Manager Site.
League/Event Menu:
The League/Event Menu is where the overall management of your league or event will take place. You can manage your event/league profile here as well as your courses.
You can also access your Billing and Account Information here to see what your charges are for previous month.
If you have enabled the Payment Center, you can access it here and set up your Event and League Registration Form.
Other tools are offered on this menu as well. You can manage your Customer and League/Event Managers, create multi-round tournaments, view league standings, create and edit multi-round series, create your own custom league logo and banner, and build photo galleries.

Golfers Menu:
The Golfers Menu is where you manage your players. In this menu, we provide a variety ways to add players to your event or league. You can also access the current roster to change player information. Managing player Handicap Indexes is also very important, whether by spreadsheet or your handicap service provider.
Under this menu, you can also manage any divisions, flights, or teams in the event or league. There are also a number of reports and analysis' available on the right.

Calendar Menu:
In every event or league, there is at least one round of golf. Oftentimes, there are more multiple rounds. In this menu, you can add, manage, and view your rounds.

Rounds Menu:
The Rounds Menu is where you will manage specific rounds in the event or league. This is where most of your time will be spent managing events and leagues. Like we mentioned above, there is always at least one round of golf in an event or league, oftentimes there are multiple rounds. To manage (eg create pairings, create tournaments, enter scores, print material) for a specific round, select the round in the dropdown menu on the top left.

Apps Menu:
The Apps Menu is the final menu on the Manager Site. Within this menu, you can manage and customize your mobile app as well as access your event or league portal.
