The Rounds Menu is where you will be spending most of your time while managing an event or league. It is the "meat and potatoes" of the Manager Site. Every event or league has one or more rounds of golf. Each round is managed under the Rounds Menu. To navigate from round-to-round, select the dropdown menu on the top left.
Start Planning Round (Leagues Only)
When managing leagues, you will first see the button "START PLANNING ROUND".
When clicked, all of your All-Season Teams/Divisions/Flights (found under the Golfers Menu) will be copied into this round. Once they are copied, you are ready to start setting up the round.
Round Checklist
Who doesn't love a good checklist? It helps you stay organized and aware of tasks that may need to be completed. As you complete certain tasks within a round, the checklist will update. Keep in mind that it is not required you have every item on the checklist ticked off. For instance, unless you are using Round Signups, completing the "Round Signups Emailed" task is unnecessary.
Manage Emails
This option allows you to:
Send emails to the players on your league/event roster with round specific content: These emails can include attachments and images specific to the round. You can also CC other recipients or managers. For more details on emailing players, Click Here.
View the Email Delivery Report: Select a player to view all of the emails that were sent to that player (up to 10 days ago). The report will also list if the email was successfully received.
View the history of sent emails: A summary of all of the emails sent to the players of this event/league will be listed. You can view the messages of all the emails by clicking on them.
Email Tee Sheet
This option allows you to send the Round Tee Sheet to all golfers / confirmed golfers / no golfers. This is an easy way to get your tee sheet out without having to compose a longer email.

Portal Messages from Members
When using Round Signups, your players can optionally send you a message after responding to the invitation. From this page, you can view the messages and respond if necessary (as shown below).
Choose Playing Divisions
If your league or event has multiple divisions, you will be able to choose what divisions will be playing in the round. Looking at the screenshot above, you will see that this event has two divisions (A & B). There may be times when a round will only have players in Division A. Maybe players in both divisions will be playing. If that's the case, click on "All Golfers". Once you save your selection, your player roster will only show the players whose divisions were selected.
What is the impact of checking Division A & B vs. choosing "All Golfers"? After all, Division A & B are just subsets of All Golfers. The difference is that if you choose Division A & B, all of the players in Division A will be grouped in the 1st half of the pairings and all the players in Division B will be grouped in the 2nd half of the pairings. If you were to select "All Golfers" instead, the pairings will not separate players by division.

Who is playing in this specific round? For events, it's likely all the players on the event roster will be confirmed to play in the round roster. However, for leagues, not every player in the league roster may be playing in every round. This is where you go to see who is confirmed to play, who hasn't responded to invitations, who is not attending, and who is waitlisted. As a manager, you can also manually change the status of players from here. Other options like adding guests for the round are also available here. For information on managing Round Rosters, Click Here
Round Division/Flights/Teams
Events and leagues often have divisions, flights, and teams. Divisions, Flights, and Teams are primarily used to score tournaments and to create pairings.
