My card link shows a 404 error or page not found

This usually means your profile is not published or your link name was changed. Go to your dashboard, check that your profile is published, and verify the link name in your Smart Link settings.

How to fix a 404 error

  1. Log in at app.v1ce.co

  2. Go to your digital profile

  3. Make sure it is published β€” click Publish or Go Live if it is not

  4. Go to your Smart Link settings and check the link name

  5. Test the link in a browser

Common causes

Profile not published

If your profile is in draft mode, anyone visiting your link will see a 404 error. Click Publish or Go Live to make it visible.

Link name was changed

If you recently changed your link name (the slug after link.v1ce.co/), the old URL no longer works. Anyone who saved the old link will see a 404 error. Make sure you are sharing the updated link.

Card not linked to a profile

If your physical card was reset or never linked to a profile, the link will not resolve. Go to NFC Cards in your dashboard and check that a profile is assigned.

Temporary system delay

After making changes, it can take a few minutes for the link to update. Wait 5 minutes and try again.

Tips

β€’ After making any link changes, test your card by tapping it or scanning the QR code β€’ If you share your link on printed materials, avoid changing the link name β€’ Bookmark your dashboard so you can quickly check and fix issues
