Where can I find my past order history?
To find your V1CE order history, log in at v1ce.co/dashboard/orders. You can see your past orders, download invoices, and check order status.
How to view your orders
To view your V1CE order history, follow these steps:
Go to v1ce.co/dashboard/orders.
Log in with the email you used to place your orders.
You see a list of all your past orders with dates, status, and details.
What can I do from the order history page?
From the order history page on v1ce.co/dashboard/orders you can:
View order details including card type, quantity, design, and shipping address.
Download invoices by opening an order and clicking the invoice link.
Check order status to see whether your order is in production, shipped, or delivered.
Reorder by placing a new order with the same design.
I cannot see my orders
If you cannot see your orders on v1ce.co/dashboard/orders, check the following:
You are logged in with the correct email address.
If you used a different email for your order and your account, try both.
If you still cannot find your order, contact V1CE with your name and order number and V1CE will locate it for you.
