How do I get an invoice or receipt?
Log in to your design brief dashboard at v1ce.co/dashboard/orders, find your order, and download your invoice directly from there.
Step by step
Go to v1ce.co/dashboard/orders
Log in with the email you used to place the order
Find the order you need an invoice for
Click the order to expand it
Click Download Invoice
I need a VAT receipt
The invoice available in your dashboard includes VAT details. If you need a specific VAT receipt format, contact our team with your order number and we will send one over.
I need an invoice for my subscription
For subscription invoices (Plus or Teams):
Log in at app.v1ce.co
Go to Settings > Manage Subscriptions > Billing
You will find your subscription invoices and payment history there
I cannot find my invoice
• Make sure you are logged in with the correct email address • Check v1ce.co/dashboard/orders for product orders • Check app.v1ce.co > Settings > Billing for subscription invoices • If you still cannot find it, contact us with your order number and we will email the invoice to you
Can I get an invoice before paying?
For bulk or team orders, we can send you a proforma invoice before payment. Contact our team with what you need and we will arrange it.
