How do I get a refund?

How V1CE refunds work: trial cancellation, charges after the trial, physical card orders, and when V1CE reviews an unexpected charge.

How do I get a refund?

V1CE offers a free trial on its subscription, and during the trial you can cancel at any time without being charged. After the trial, the subscription renews on its own and is non-refundable as standard, but you can cancel to stop all future charges, and V1CE will review a charge you did not expect. This article covers each case.

Cancelling during your free trial

If you cancel during your free trial, the subscription stops at the end of the trial and you are not charged.

  1. Log in at app.v1ce.co

  2. Go to Settings, then Subscriptions (on legacy software: Settings, then Manage Subscriptions, then Billing)

  3. Click Cancel Plan

  4. Your subscription stops at the end of the trial period and you are not charged

I was charged after my trial ended

If you were charged after your trial ended, the subscription renewed on its own at the end of the trial. As standard, a subscription charge is non-refundable once taken, but you can cancel straight away to prevent future charges, and V1CE will review the charge with you.

  • Cancel in your dashboard to stop all future renewals (steps below).

  • Start a chat with V1CE and give your account email so V1CE can review the charge.

My trial converted to an annual charge I did not expect

If your trial converted to an annual charge you did not expect, you are not stuck with it without a review. The annual amount and renewal date were shown and agreed at checkout, so the charge is valid, but V1CE looks at trial-to-annual surprises case by case.

  1. Cancel the subscription in your dashboard so no further renewals are taken.

  2. If you cancelled within a short time of the charge and have not used the paid software, start a chat and give V1CE your account email.

  3. V1CE will review the charge and confirm what can be done.

Cancelling does not by itself refund the period already paid for. You keep full access to the paid software until that period ends.

Refunds for physical card orders

Physical cards (PVC, bamboo, and metal) are custom-printed, so once your design is approved and sent to print the order is non-refundable. If your card arrives damaged or incorrect, V1CE reprints and reships it at no extra cost. To cancel a physical card order before it ships, see How do I cancel my order?

How to cancel to stop future charges

To stop future charges, cancel your subscription in your dashboard. You keep access until the end of your current billing period.

  1. Log in at app.v1ce.co

  2. Go to Settings, then Subscriptions (on legacy software: Settings, then Manage Subscriptions, then Billing)

  3. Click Cancel Plan

  4. You keep access until the end of your current billing period

What happens when I cancel

When you cancel, your account reverts to V1CE Free Forever at the end of the billing period, and you keep your card and page.

  • Your V1CE card and page stay live, so people can still tap and scan your card.

  • Paid features (such as CRM and smart follow-ups) switch off at the end of the billing period.

  • Your contacts and data are not deleted.
