How do I get a refund?

V1CE offers a 30-day free trial on subscriptions. During the trial, you can cancel at any time without being charged. After the trial, your subscription renews automatically and is non-refundable, but you can cancel to stop future charges.

Cancelling during your free trial

  1. Log in at app.v1ce.co

  2. Go to Settings > Manage Subscriptions > Billing

  3. Click Cancel Plan

  4. Your subscription will stop at the end of the trial period

  5. You will not be charged

Requesting a refund after the trial

If you have been charged after your trial ended:

• Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of the 30-day trial • Once charged, the subscription payment is non-refundable • You can cancel at any time to prevent future charges • If you believe you were charged in error, contact our team with your account email and order details

Refunds for physical card orders

Physical cards (PVC, bamboo, metal) are custom-printed products. Once your design has been approved and sent to print, the order is non-refundable. If your card arrives damaged or incorrect, we will reprint and reship it at no extra cost.

How to cancel to stop future charges

  1. Log in at app.v1ce.co

  2. Go to Settings > Manage Subscriptions > Billing

  3. Click Cancel Plan

  4. You keep access until the end of your current billing period

What happens when I cancel?

• You keep your free Smart Card features forever • Plus and Teams features (contact capture, CRM integrations, Flows) are disabled at the end of your billing period • Your digital profile remains live — people can still tap and scan your card • Your contacts and data are not deleted
