I was charged but did not expect it

The charge is most likely from your V1CE Plus subscription. When you signed up for the 30-day free trial, the subscription auto-renews at the end of the trial unless cancelled.

How to check what you were charged for

  1. Log in at app.v1ce.co

  2. Go to Settings > Manage Subscriptions > Billing

  3. You will see your payment history and what each charge is for

Common reasons for unexpected charges

Free trial ended

The Plus plan includes a 30-day free trial. If you did not cancel before the trial ended, the subscription automatically renewed and you were charged.

Annual subscription renewed

If you are on an annual plan, it renews automatically each year. You will see a charge of £119.99 ($155.99) for the yearly Plus plan.

Multiple subscriptions

If you have more than one account or profile with paid subscriptions, you may see multiple charges.

How to cancel and stop future charges

  1. Go to Settings > Manage Subscriptions > Billing

  2. Click Cancel Plan

  3. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period

  4. You will not be charged again

I want a refund for the unexpected charge

Once charged, subscription payments are non-refundable. However, you can cancel to prevent future charges. If you believe you were charged in error, contact our team with your account email and we will investigate.
