How do I cancel my order?

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. If your card has not yet been produced or shipped, we can cancel it. Once production has started, cancellation may not be possible.

How to request a cancellation

  1. Contact us through live chat or email

  2. Provide your order number

  3. We will check the order status and let you know if cancellation is possible

When can an order be cancelled?

Before design approval: Full cancellation possible • After design approval but before production: Usually possible • During production: May not be possible • After shipping: Cannot be cancelled — see our refund policy instead

What happens after cancellation?

If your order is successfully cancelled, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement.

I placed an order by mistake

Contact us immediately. The faster you reach out, the more likely we can cancel before production begins.
