How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to your dashboard at app.v1ce.co, then Settings > Manage Subscriptions > Billing, and click Cancel Plan. You keep access until the end of your current billing period.

Step by step

  1. Log in at app.v1ce.co

  2. Click Settings in the left menu

  3. Click Manage Subscriptions

  4. Click Billing

  5. Click Cancel Plan

  6. Confirm the cancellation

What happens when I cancel?

• You keep Plus or Teams features until the end of your current billing period • After that, your account reverts to the free Smart Card plan • Your digital profile stays live — people can still tap and scan your card • Your contacts and data are not deleted • Features like contact capture, CRM integrations, and Flows will be disabled

Can I resubscribe later?

Yes. You can upgrade back to Plus or Teams at any time from Settings > Manage Subscriptions.

I cancelled but was still charged

If you cancelled after the renewal date, the charge for the current period still applies. Cancellation stops future charges, not the current billing cycle.

I spoke to someone about cancelling but was charged again

If you believe the cancellation was not processed correctly, contact us with your account email and we will investigate and resolve it.
