My V1CE order is taking longer than expected, what can I do?

If your V1CE order is delayed past the expected shipping date, contact V1CE support with your order number. V1CE will look up where the order is sitting, give you a clear next step, and offer a same-day reprint or an upgraded courier if appropriate. While you wait, you can still share your V1CE page with the digital version of your card.

This article is for any V1CE customer whose physical card has not arrived within the timeframe shown at checkout.

What V1CE checks when your order is delayed

When your V1CE order is delayed, V1CE checks three things to find out where it is sitting:

  • Whether the order is still in production at the V1CE factory.

  • Whether the order is held at the warehouse waiting for stock or a courier handover.

  • Whether the courier has the order but tracking has stalled.

Each of these has a different fix, which is why V1CE looks up your order before promising a date.

If your order is still in production

If your order is still in production, V1CE can usually offer a same-day reprint or move your job forward in the queue. Send your order number to V1CE support and ask for a production update.

If your order is at the warehouse

If your order is at the warehouse waiting on stock or a courier handover, V1CE can switch the dispatch warehouse or upgrade the courier service to get it moving. Send your order number and your delivery deadline (if you have one) to V1CE support.

If your order is with the courier

If your order is already with the courier but tracking has stopped updating, V1CE can open a trace with the courier. In some cases V1CE will reprint and re-ship rather than wait for the trace to resolve, especially for urgent jobs.

Share your V1CE page while you wait

While your physical V1CE card is in transit, you can share the same digital V1CE page you built in the dashboard. Open your page in your dashboard, copy the link, and share it by email, text, or your Wallet pass. Anyone you send it to lands on the same page they would have seen by tapping your physical card.

If you are on legacy V1CE Plus, Pro, or Teams software

On the legacy V1CE Plus, Pro, or Teams software, the steps are the same: contact V1CE support with your order number so V1CE can look up where the order is sitting and offer a reprint or courier upgrade if appropriate.

What V1CE will and will not promise on timing

V1CE does not promise a specific resolution date until the order has been located and the cause of the delay is known. Once V1CE knows where your order is, V1CE will give you a clear next step and a realistic timeframe rather than a guess.
