Now that your volunteer program is published on our platform, you can use the replicate function to simply add another volunteer program. To be more precise, this function provides you with the option to use an already published volunteer program as a template for a new volunteer program.
Applying the replicate function is useful if you have more volunteer programs for one social project and if a lot of information like accommodation, project area, and free time activities are the same.
Please be prepared that you have to add and change all the necessary information for your new volunteer program. You can only replicate a volunteer program that is already approved by our community manager.
1. Click on "Volunteer Program" in the top menu.
2. Choose the volunteer program you would like to replicate, click on "Action" and "Replicate this Volunteer Program".
3. Please make sure to distinguish between the original and the new volunteer program starting with a different title of your new volunteer program.
4. Add and change all necessary information for your new volunteer program to submit it.
