If you want to send content that you have mentioned in your posts to people who want it, try a personalized way, it's possible thanks to Waalaxy's "auto-import" feature that allows you to automatically retrieve all people who comment on LinkedIn posts.
🖇️ The auto-import functionality
The auto-import functionality allows you to automatically populate your campaign with prospects as soon as they meet a predefined condition. In this case, the condition defined is "The prospect has commented on a Linkedin post".
This feature is included in the Advanced and Business subscriptions.
⚙️ How does it work?
Click on "Create a campaign" from the "Campaign" tab,
Choose the sequence of your choice,
From the "Add prospects" section, choose "From an auto-import",
Select the list of leads into which the leads will be imported,
Choose the type of auto-import, in this case, "Commented on a LinkedIn post".
Copy the URL of the LinkedIn post you want.
You can activate / deactivate 2 options:
the retroactivity option: it allows you to import the prospects who would have commented before the setting up of the auto-import.
the anti-duplication security option in Team: it allows you to avoid importing leads that are already in the CRM of your team members.
Once these parameters are filled in, you will only have to fill in the other fields of your campaign: delay between actions, contents of possible messages, and launch. 🚀
⌛ When does the auto-import work?
The auto-import starts when you launch the campaign, and then it will run every 12 hours. So don't worry if you see that people have commented on your LinkedIn post and they are not yet in your Waalaxy campaign. ⌛
