If you're starting with Waalaxy and already have a database of prospects in an external file, you can easily import it into your account. This allows you to immediately start your leads on their first campaign. 🤩
💡 Good to know
LinkedIn URL, Sales Navigator, or email Only: When importing a CSV file with a list of prospects, only LinkedIn URLs, Sales Navigator links, and emails are considered to ensure data accuracy.
➡️ After importing, to find prospects with a LinkedIn email, filter the list by selecting “Has a LinkedIn Email.”
Number of leads in the CSV file: There is no limit on the number of prospects in your list.
⚠️ If you have a prospect's email, you can import it, but it must be accompanied by the LinkedIn or Sales Navigator profile URL.
For this, use a file with a "LinkedIn URL" column and an "Email" column (column headers are optional 😉).
Import a CSV File
From your Waalaxy account, go to the list where you want to import your leads.
Click on “Import” (find this option on the right side of your screen).
Select “Import CSV File”.
Click on “Drag and Drop or Choose file to upload” to upload your file.
Once your file is uploaded, click on “Import”.
💡 Good to know
Team Duplicate Security: When this option is activated, you can't import a prospect who is already in the app of another team member.
This feature is only included in the Team subscription.
Move duplicates to import list: When this option is activated, leads that are already in one of your lists will be moved to the list you are importing into.
