When you arrive on Waalaxy, you may already have a prospect database in an external file. Waalaxy allows you to import your file into your account, enabling you to directly launch your leads in their first campaign. 🤩
Rules to Follow Before Importing Your File
LinkedIn or Sales Navigator URL
When importing a CSV containing a lead list into Waalaxy, note that only the LinkedIn or Sales Navigator URLs are retrieved to ensure data integrity.
💡Good to know:
Other data, such as e-mail addresses, are not retrieved during import.
Number of Leads in the CSV File
CSV files with more than 2500 rows can be very heavy for the tool to handle. To ensure successful imports, you'll need to divide them into batches of 2000–2500 rows and import them one after the other.
CSV Import
Here are the steps to follow to import a CSV file:
Go to the list where you want to import your leads.
Click on “Import” on the right of your screen.
Select “Import CSV file”.
Upload your file by clicking on “Drag and Drop your file or browse”.
Once your file is uploaded, click on “Import”.
💡 Good to know: Waalaxy manages duplicates.
Team duplicate security: when this option is activated, you can't import a prospect who is already in the app of another team member (this feature is only included in the Team subscription).
