When starting with Waalaxy, you may already have a prospect database in an external file. Waalaxy allows you to import this file into your account, enabling you to directly launch your leads in their first campaign. 🤩
💡 Good to know
LinkedIn or Sales Navigator URL
When importing a CSV containing a lead list into Waalaxy, only the LinkedIn or Sales Navigator URLs are retrieved to ensure data integrity.
Number of Leads in the CSV File
CSV files with more than 2500 rows can be very heavy for the tool to handle. To ensure successful imports, divide them into batches of 2000–2500 rows and import them one after the other. 😉
⚠️ Other data, such as email addresses, are not retrieved during import.
Import a CSV File
From your Waalaxy account, go to the list where you want to import your leads.
Click on “Import” (find this option on the right side of your screen).
Select “Import CSV File”.
Click on “Drag and Drop your file or browse” to upload your file.
Once your file is uploaded, click on “Import”.
💡 Good to know
Waalaxy manages duplicates.
Team Duplicate Security: When this option is activated, you can't import a prospect who is already in the app of another team member.
This feature is only included in the Team subscription.
