The Financials
Onboarding Fee: A one-time $5,000 fee covers the initial setup, vetting, and tech integration.
Commission: A 12-15% commission is charged on all bookings driven by the Wander platform.
Insurance: Coverage is available as an optional add-on for $25/day, covered by the owner.
Contract Terms
Duration: 1–2 year initial contract term.
Termination: Owners may cancel with 6 months' notice. Wander may terminate with 30 days' notice.
The Onboarding Flow
Pre-Vetting: Initial property review for luxury alignment.
Inspection: Physical or virtual walkthrough of the home.
Tech Setup: Installation of utility monitors and Wander QR codes.
Launch: Your property goes live to Wander’s 300k+ active users.
