What if I forget to scan a bag at drop-off?

How to resolve a missed scan at drop-off and mark the order as complete.

If you forget to scan a bag at drop-off, your order will show as incomplete in the app.

Here’s what to do:

  • If you’re still nearby, go back to the drop-off location and scan the bags

  • If you’ve already left the area, contact Support through the app so they can manually complete the scan for you

📌 Orders are not considered complete until all bags are scanned and returned
