How to bulk publish your clips

👀 Availability

Bulk publishing, scheduling, connected account limits, resolutions, custom thumbnails, and platform fields can depend on your plan and each platform's permissions.

Use Bulk Publish when you want to prepare and publish several clips across connected social accounts without downloading and uploading each clip manually.

Bulk Publish is for publishing and scheduling. If you want to apply editing settings to multiple clips before publishing, use Bulk Edit first.

Before you start

Before bulk publishing, check that:

  • The clips are ready to publish

  • Your social accounts are connected

  • Your plan supports the number of accounts, posts, and scheduling options you need

  • Titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails are ready to review

  • You know whether you want to publish now or schedule posts for later

If you have not connected a social account yet, see How to connect social accounts.

Select clips for bulk publishing

  1. Open the page where your generated clips are listed.

  2. Select the clips you want to publish.

  3. Choose Bulk Publish or Bulk Schedule when the option appears.

  4. Review the Publish to Social window.

Your plan can limit how many clips or posts you can process in one bulk publishing workflow.

Choose social accounts

In the Publish to Social window, select the connected accounts you want to publish to.

Supported destinations can include:

  • YouTube

  • TikTok

  • Instagram

  • Facebook

  • LinkedIn

  • X/Twitter

Each clip-account combination creates a separate post. For example:

Selection

Result

2 clips and 1 account

2 posts

2 clips and 3 accounts

6 posts

10 clips and 2 accounts

20 posts

Check the post count before scheduling so you do not exceed your plan limit.

Prepare each clip's post content

Each selected clip can have its own publishing content.

Review each clip for:

  • Title

  • Description or caption

  • Tags or hashtags

  • Category or visibility settings when the platform requires them

  • Custom thumbnail

  • Platform-specific fields

Use the magic wand icon when you want AI writing to help generate or improve the title, description, tags, or hashtags for the selected platform.

For more about platform-specific AI writing, see How AI writing adapts posts for each social platform.

Set thumbnails for each clip

Custom thumbnails are configured per clip.

If you selected multiple clips, scroll through the full list and check each clip's Custom Thumbnail area. Click the + button for each clip that needs a custom thumbnail.

You can choose options such as:

  • Upload Image

  • AI Thumbnail

  • Select from Video

Do not assume one thumbnail applies to every selected clip. Some platforms can also have their own custom thumbnail rules. For example, YouTube custom thumbnails may require a verified account.

Set the schedule

Use the scheduling panel to choose:

Setting

What to check

Date

The day posts should start

Time

The first publishing time

Posting frequency

How far apart posts should be scheduled

Resolution

The export resolution for scheduled posts

Time zone

The time zone used for the schedule

Review the summary before scheduling. It should show the number of selected clips, selected accounts, total posts, start time, and estimated completion time.

Publish or schedule

When everything looks correct, publish or schedule the posts.

Before confirming, check:

  • The right accounts are selected

  • Every clip has the right title, description, tags, and thumbnail

  • The schedule uses the correct time zone

  • The resolution is available on your plan

  • The total post count is within your plan limit

After scheduling, you can use Scheduler to review upcoming posts.
