This article applies when a subscription or Pack upgrade payment does not go through.
If your payment is declined, the most common reasons are incorrect card information or not enough available balance on the card.
In most cases, you can fix the issue and try the payment again.
Check your card details
Make sure the card information matches your card exactly.
Check:
Card number
Expiration date
CVC or security code
Cardholder name
Billing address or ZIP/postal code, if required
Small typos can cause the payment to fail, especially in the card number, expiration date, or CVC.
Check your balance or spending limit
Your card may be declined if there is not enough available balance, credit limit, or online payment allowance.
This can happen when:
Issue | What to do |
Not enough balance | Add funds or use another card |
Credit limit reached | Use another card or contact your card issuer |
Online payments are disabled | Enable online payments in your banking app or contact your bank |
International payments are blocked | Ask your bank to allow the payment, then try again |
Try the payment again
After checking your card details and balance, return to checkout and try again.
If the payment still fails:
Try another card
Make sure your bank is not blocking the transaction
Contact your bank or card issuer to approve the payment
Contact WayinVideo support if you still cannot complete the purchase
Contact support
When contacting support, include:
Your WayinVideo account email
The plan or Pack you were trying to buy
The approximate time of the failed payment
A screenshot of the error message, if available
Do not send your full card number, CVC, or other sensitive payment information to support.
