How to access the Search Bar
To quickly find a page or tool, click or hover above the magnifying glass icon. This will open the side menu where you can type in what you’re searching for and view results.

Section 2: How to manage your confirmed eBookings and shipments
Sub tab 1: Click on eBookings
Click on the eBookings option to view records your existing eBookings. Here you can review, edit, check the status of, and cancel your eBookings here.
Sub tab 2: How to manage your payments with WebCargo Pay
The Payments page is available if WebCargo Pay is set up for your account. You can add cash credits to your account, manage your wallet balance, add more funds, apply for credit, and view recent and past transactions.

Sub tab 1: AWB management
On the AWB Management page, you can manually add stock provided by the airline. When you make your next eBooking, an AWB from your stock will automatically be added.

Sub tab 2: How to access your bookmarks
When searching for a rate for your next eBooking, you can save the selected rate for later by clicking the Bookmarks icon.
The Bookmarks section allows you to see all your bookmarked rates in one place and, if you’re ready to book, select them to complete your eBooking.
