Webhooks send your order events from yayloh to another system as they happen, for example to keep your ERP or warehouse system up to date.
Add a webhook
Go to Settings > Webhooks and click Add webhook.
Enter a Name, for example "ERP order sync".
Enter the Endpoint URL that should receive the events. It must start with https:// and be reachable on the public internet.
Under What it receives, choose the events to send (see below).
Click Add webhook.
Copy the signing secret and give it to your developer. It's only shown once.
Events you can choose
Order core: order metadata and line items, such as products, sizes, quantities and error logs.
Returns: return status, reasons, return checkouts, feedback, exchanges and bulk approvals.
Shipments: shipments, shipping labels and warehouse inbound.
Financials: prices, refunds, store credit, tax and shipping cost.
Internal comments: comments written by your team. Leave this off unless the receiving system needs them.
You can select a whole group, or only some events within it.
Good to know
Failed deliveries aren't retried. Make sure your endpoint is available.
Event structure: your developer can find example payloads in the yayloh Open API V2 documentation.
