Connect Ongoing WMS to yayloh. yayloh creates a return order in Ongoing for each return, and when your warehouse inspects it, the result shows in yayloh automatically.
You need admin rights in Ongoing, or help from your 3PL or Ongoing support.
Step 1: Get your Ongoing details
Username and password: create a new API user for yayloh in Ongoing.
Warehouse name: the name in your Ongoing URL, for example
mywarehouseinhttps://warehouse.ongoingsystems.se/mywarehouse.Goods owner ID: your ID as the warehouse's customer. A warehouse can have several goods owners, so ask your warehouse if you're not sure.
Step 2: Add Ongoing in yayloh
Go to Settings > Stores & warehouses and open the Warehouse Integration tab.
Under Warehouse management system, choose ONGOING.
Enter your USERNAME, PASSWORD, WAREHOUSE_NAME and GOODS_OWNER_ID.
Click Confirm, then Apply changes.
Step 3: Add the webhook in Ongoing
This sends inspection results back to yayloh. In Ongoing, add a webhook with this URL, triggered when a return order is updated:
https://prod-generic-webhook-valines.yayloh.com
Step 4: Ask us to turn it on
Let us know at support@yayloh.com once steps 1–3 are done. We'll turn on the data flow on our side and confirm when it's active.
For your warehouse: inspect a return in Ongoing
Find the order in the order list and select Return. The return order from yayloh is pre-filled.
Mark items as returned if they're OK, or as Scrap if they're not.
In yayloh, returned items show as Inspected OK and scrapped items as Not OK, usually within a few minutes. Find them in the Inspected OK and Action needed tabs in Manage v2.
Good to know
How yayloh finds the order in Ongoing: by the customer's email and the order date (±5 days).
Order not in Ongoing yet? If the outbound order isn't in Ongoing within 10 days, yayloh can't create the return order. Your warehouse then has to create it manually, and the inspection result won't reach yayloh.
