If you are building a custom Warehouse Management System (WMS) or integrating a proprietary 3PL solution, you can connect directly to yayloh to handle return event feeds and return inspection updates.
Set-up
Receive Return Events from yayloh (Outbound)
To receive return creation events when a customer submits a return, provide yayloh technical support (integration@yayloh.com) with:
Your WMS webhook endpoint URL.
Any required authorization headers or API keys.
Send Inspection Status to yayloh (Inbound)
Once your warehouse staff inspects an item, configure your system to POST the inspection status to our generic webhook:

Managing inspected returns in yayloh dashboard.
Open yayloh dashboard and select “Manage".
Click on “In progress” to see ongoing return orders.
Click on the drop down on upper left side.
Select “inspected” from the drop down.
Click on the return request's order ID to see the inspection status.
The inspection status is OK if the warehouse marked the return as returned in your WMS .
The inspection status is Not OK if the warehouse marked the return as scrap in your WMS.
