Filter return requests in yayloh

Filtering return requests in yayloh allows you to tailor your workflow by focusing on specific requests. Follow these steps to filter your return requests:

Manage Tab Filtering

  1. From the yayloh dashboard, choose the 'Manage' tab in the sidebar.

  2. Select a status tab you want to filter: Open, In Progress, or Processed.

  3. Click on the dropdown arrow icon to open filter options.

  4. Select a filter criteria, such as: tracking status, return type, in-store status, inspection status or error.

  5. The list will update to show only the return requests that meet the selected filter criteria.

  6. Click the funnel-shaped filter icon to isolate the filtered requests for better visibility.


  7. Note: To return to the full unfiltered list, select 'Clear Filtering'.

Custom List Filtering (Optional)

You can further refine your search using order or tracking IDs via Custom List feature. Learn more here.



Applications: Processing after filtering

After filtering, you can take the following actions:

    1. Select all filtered requests by checking the box at the top of the list.

    2. Click the Bulk Process button.

  1. Process Individually:

    1. Select individual return requests by checking their respective boxes.

    2. Click on an Order ID to open the side panel for detailed processing.
