Filtering your return tickets

The filter functionality is to facilitate the customer support team to filter the return requests within the selected status tab.


To filter tickets:

  1. Open yayloh dashboard and select “Manage” from the sidebar.

  2. Choose any of status tabs, where you want to filter.

  3. Select the drop-down icon.

  4. Select one of the required criteria.

    Note- Filter the return requests based on their tracking status, Return type, Instore, and/ or Inspection-status.

  5. The relevant return request/s which fulfill filter criteria are selected on that specific page.

  6. Select the funnel-shaped filter icon.

  7. The list will get updated with return requests fulfilling the filter criteria.


Applications: Processing after filtering

After filtering, you can perform any of the below activities for further processing;

  1. Bulk process: Select all the return requests using the check box on top and then selecting the bulk process button.

  2. Independently select: Select the return request by selecting the check box.

  3. Take action on independent return requests: Click on the order ID to open the side pane for that return request.
